OFFICIAL NOTICE: Regarding Serbian Visa Applications
Skilled Worker Connect wishes to address recent concerns regarding Serbian visa outcomes affecting some candidates.
Skilled Worker Connect operates strictly as a recruitment agency. Our role is limited to employment-related services such as job placement, employer documentation, invitation letters, and work permits. We are not a migration or visa agency, and we do not process visas or guarantee visa approvals. All visa decisions are made solely by the relevant immigration authorities.
In the affected cases, Skilled Worker Connect fully delivered all agreed recruitment services. Candidates were guided in line with official procedures available at the time and were advised to engage licensed migration lawyers for immigration matters.
Subsequent visa refusals appear to have resulted from procedural and systemic limitations within the Serbian eVisa process, including restricted document upload capabilities. These matters are beyond the control of applicants and recruitment agencies.
At present, there is no official public notice confirming a suspension of Serbian visa processing for Zimbabwean nationals. Appeal processes, where applicable, are managed exclusively by Serbian immigration authorities or through licensed legal representatives.
In light of emerging uncertainties, Skilled Worker Connect has paused Serbian-related recruitment activities pending further clarity from the relevant authorities.
We acknowledge the frustration this situation has caused and remain committed to lawful, transparent, and ethical recruitment practices. All official updates will be communicated through our verified channels.
