EXPERIENCE
The Recruitment team is made up of 4 qualified recruiters who boasts of a combined 28 years in Human Resources Management.
The SWC team also comprises of 2 Senior Engineers, 1 Project Manager and 2 Adminstrators who conduct all the technical interviews before qualifying the candidates
ACCOUNTABILITY
We are didecated to providing a service to both our clients and candidates. We have a candidate portal which allows the candidate to track their progress in the placement process. The same also applies to our clients who are provided with a personal dashboard which grants them access to our candidate database so that they streamline their candidate selection.
